Lianne La Havas

Lianne La Havas first began to make music at the age of 7, and nurtured her talent singing in school choirs and musicals; all the while feeding her voracious musical appetite with a broad range of influences - Nina Simone, Lauryn Hill and Erykah Badu to name but a few. These pioneering songwriters inspired Lianne to develop her own smart, sassy knowing voice.

In the two years since then, Lianne has gone from strength to strength. Spending time on both sides of the Atlantic working with a select number of producers and playing shows to captivated audiences in London, Paris, and New York. The year included a jaw-dropping Later with Jools Holland and a sought-after support on Bon Iver’s huge US tour. Lianne is the one to watch.
