Patrick Wolf, purveyor of romantic, fantasy-world art pop. Playing violin and singing in church choirs as a child, Wolf made his first theremin age eleven, and first began recording songs age twelve. At fourteen, he joined and performed with pop art collective Minty, and has busked in a string quartet and studied composition at Trinity College of Music. He's also played viola for Chicks on Speed and The Hidden Cameras, and has collaborated with Marianne Faithfull and Edward Larrikin of Larrikin Love. Patrick plays many instruments including harp, clavinet, harpsichord, guitar, piano, autoharp, organ, mountain dulcimer, clavichord, harmonium, accordion, theremin, ukulele, viola, and violin.
